Challenge
- Manage in a single system the whole Electoral Census process, ensuring electronic communication and external information integration. Migrate current applications features by implementing new functional and technological requirements in the scope of the Citizen Card.
Solution
- SIGRE system will be implemented in a modular approach, with an architecture based on four logical layers to meet the existing modularity requirements.
